What is Employee Self-Service?

Employee Self-Serve is a convenient web-based tool that allows employees to do the following:

· Review your time off history

· Update personal information such as address or phone number

· View your current and historical W-2 documents

· View historical paystubs

· Change your tax withholding by completing an updated W-4 in the Pay/Tax section of the website

How Do I Access Employee Self-Service?

To log in, the web address is https://tyleress.ci.reading.ma.us/ess

· Your username is the first letter of your first name combined with your last name and your four-digit employee number which can be found on your pay stub.

· (ex “Joseph Bean” # 4567 would be jbean4567)

· Your temporary password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Once you log in, you will be asked to create a formal password.
